A quota is set during KvK. Only excellent warriors who meet kingdom standards and contribute actively can be members.
Kingdom History
From Aziz to Bodda, the kingdom marched on.
KvK 1-7 was ruled by King Aziz with native and immigrant R4's. KvK 8-9 was ruled by King Bodda with elder and new R4's.
KvK 1 - The First Star

KvK 2 - The Kingdom Strengthened
The kingdom was strengthened by accepting numerous immigrants. Three alliances — RA, SX, and NK — formed the core structure of the next stage of Kingdom 3401.
